The FlowRyt™ Digital Flow Monitor is a clog-resistant flow monitoring system designed to provide clear, reliable visibility of flush water and other critical process flows. Featuring a large, easy-to-read digital display, operators can verify flow from a safe distance, such as a catwalk or operating aisle, reducing the need to approach running equipment. Bright green and red status indicators instantly show whether flow is within specification, while built-in remote monitoring capabilities allow the FlowRyt to communicate with plant control systems for continuous oversight. By combining accurate digital measurement, clog-resistant technology, and real-time visibility, the FlowRyt helps improve equipment reliability, enhance operator safety, and simplify preventive maintenance.

Case Studies

A large pulp and paper mill in the Northeastern United States installed two FlowRyt™ Digital Flow Monitors to improve visibility of critical flush water systems. The large digital display allows operators to verify flow from a safe distance, while intuitive green and red status lights instantly indicate whether flow is within specification. The monitors can also be connected to the plant's control system for remote monitoring, providing greater awareness of equipment conditions. The benefits of the initial installation were immediately apparent. Improved visibility, easier inspections, and enhanced confidence in flow monitoring led the mill to purchase two additional FlowRyt units shortly after the first installation. The facility is now planning to expand the technology to more applications throughout the plant as part of its ongoing reliability and maintenance strategy.
