Construction
Made entirely from a new chemically resistant PHenylene Thermoplastic proprietary yarn-Fiber "X"-with a full yarn and final stage impregnation of PTFE dispersion, interbraided for structural strength. Characteristics Style 2000 is the very finest white, non PFTE, high tensile, low elongation yarn on the market today. A clean packing for acids and caustics and any application needing chemical resistance and/or noncontamination of product. Much "easier" on shafts than other light-colored synthetics.
